<p>Lecture, four hours; discussion, one hour. Requisite: satisfaction of Entry-Level Writing and English Composition requirements. Designed for juniors/seniors. Study of specific topics in relationship between rhetoric/writing and social or political history. May be taken independently for credit. P/NP or letter grading. English majors who wish to use course to satisfy departmental requisites must take it for letter grade.</p>
