<p>Seminar, three hours; fieldwork, eight hours. Requisites: courses 204A, 204B. Advanced game theory course, with emphasis on new and/or advanced techniques. Topics include timing games, stochastic games, and mechanism design. Applications concern bureaucracies, conflict mediation, and political transitions. Designed to help students use advanced game theory in their research. S/U or letter grading.</p>
