<p>Lecture, two and one half hours; outside study, six hours. Limited to students in Engineering Executive Program. Problem area of modern industry or government is selected as class project, and its solution is synthesized using quantitative tools and methods. Project also serves as laboratory in organization for goal-oriented technical group. S/U grading.</p>
