Examination of purpose and methods of financial accounting (including for profit, not for profit, and governmental), function and organization of finance department, and special industry characteristics affecting financial management (to include third party payers, price or rate-setting and cost-shifting, taxation and health-care incentives, and emerging health-care organizations). Letter grading.</p>
