<p>Lecture, four hours; outside study, eight hours. Designed for juniors/seniors. Myths make sense of world and its peoples, purposes, and places. Rituals embody and activate myths through dramatic transformative devices. Concurrently scheduled with course C242. P/NP or letter grading.</p>
