Description

(Same as Labor Studies M1B.) Lecture, three hours; discussion, two hours. Enforced requisite: course M24A. Limited to first-year freshmen. Exploration of ways in which work has been transformed over last century, impact of this transformation on working people, and role of labor movement as force for social justice. Letter grading.
