Rigorous introduction to numerical algorithms including necessary skills to apply algorithms in statistics, imaging, data science, engineering, and related fields. Root finding, solving linear systems, interpolation, quadrature, and finding eigenvalues. MATLAB programming. P/NP or letter grading.
