By taking the point of view of major decision-makers in this process (shareholders, managers/directors, lenders, regulators, and community-members), a comprehensive picture is built of the evolving importance of sustainability-related issues in the business world. Covers various frameworks for measurement, valuation, and opportunity and risk assessment, with emphasis on recent changes in the ESG landscape. Letter grading.</p>
