Technology Innovation and Strategy

Utilizing class learnings, develop a case for promising new technology-based products/services that are disruptive in nature, making a compelling case for its potential success.

Understand the broad landscape of enabling technologies such as AI and cloud computing, the related applications created from these technologies with an understanding of key players in the industry.

Communicate in oral and written form in a manner which is focused, clear, factual and well substantiated.

Assess the opportunities and challenges of key companies/protagonists utilizing the case method – – developing a clear view of the problem(s) protagonists face, develop an assessment of relevant context (e.g. technology, consumer preferences, company capabilities) and ultimately to develop well substantiated, logical recommendations.
